Godalming has a strong Titanic connection through John George 'Jack' Phillips, the radio operator who was born and grew up near Godalming.

The Jack Phillips Memorial and Cloister in Godalming is the world's largest to a single Titanic victim anywhere in the World.

john John Young is a volunteer working for the Museum with a considerable interest in the Titanic, and all aspects of Godalming history.  He would be very glad to hear from you if you any information relating to these subjects, or if you have any questions about the articles in this web site.
